Welcome to my on-line bakery!
Baking has been a passion of mine since elementary school and my Betty Crocker Cookbook. From the beginning, I found myself drawn to the creative side of cooking — not just following recipes, but experimenting with new ideas, flavors, and designs. While pursuing my graduate studies, you could often find me taking fashion design classes and cooking classes on the weekends, always seeking to fuel my creative spirit.
I later pursued a formal education in Baking & Pastry Arts, & Chocolate school, which allowed me to refine my skills and share my knowledge by teaching Home Economics and Culinary Arts. Over the years, the dream of opening my own bakery was always in the back of my mind, though the timing never seemed right — between funding, family commitments, and life's challenges. Still, I kept writing business plans and envisioning the day it would come to life.
And now, my readings are more like Chocolate by Jean-Pierre Wybauw, and The Secret Recipes by Dominique Ansel. It’s been an exciting journey, and I’m so grateful to be able to share my creations with you. If you don’t see something you’re looking for on the menu, please feel free to reach out.
